What we offer
Services
Expert, independent transport consultancy for bus and coach operators across the UK.
Qualified oversight without the overhead
External Transport Managers
As nominated external transport managers, we take on the legal responsibility for the compliance of your operator licence - giving you the professional management your business needs, without the cost of a full-time in-house appointment.
Under the Road Transport (Operator Licensing) regulations, every standard operator licence must have a nominated transport manager who meets the requirements of good repute and professional competence. For many smaller bus and coach operators, employing a full-time transport manager isn't practical or cost-effective.
As your external transport manager, We fulfill this role on your behalf - taking genuine responsibility for the transport activities of your business, not simply lending a name to a licence. This means active involvement in your compliance systems, driver management, vehicle maintenance oversight, and regulatory obligations.
We will work with operators of all sizes, from single-vehicle businesses to larger fleets, tailoring the level of involvement to what your operation genuinely requires.
What's included
- Nominated transport manager on your operator licence
- Ongoing compliance monitoring and advice
- Driver hours and tachograph oversight
- Vehicle maintenance system review
- Support with DVSA correspondence and Traffic Commissioner matters
- Regular contact and availability for day-to-day queries
Find the gaps before the DVSA does
Consultancy & Audit
A thorough, independent review of your operations, documentation, and compliance systems - identifying risks before they become costly problems and giving you a clear, practical action plan.
Operator licence compliance is complex, and the consequences of getting it wrong are serious. A DVSA roadside encounter, a public inquiry, or a licence review can have a significant impact on your business. The best time to address compliance gaps is before they're identified by a regulator.
Our consultancy and audit service provides an honest, experienced assessment of where your operation stands. We review your systems, records, and procedures against the standards expected by the Traffic Commissioner and DVSA - and give you a clear, prioritised report on what needs attention.
We also provide ongoing consultancy support for operators navigating specific challenges: licence applications, public inquiries, fleet changes, or simply wanting a second opinion on a compliance question.
What's included
- Full compliance audit against DVSA and Traffic Commissioner standards
- Driver records, tachograph analysis, and hours compliance review
- Vehicle maintenance and inspection record review
- Written report with prioritised recommendations
- Operator licence application support
- Public inquiry preparation and representation advice
Professional training for bus and coach drivers
Coming soonDriver CPC Training
Professional Driver CPC periodic training specifically tailored for bus and coach drivers — delivered by an experienced industry specialist to keep your drivers legal, safe, and performing at their best.

- Tailored to bus and coach passenger transport operations
- Delivered at your premises or agreed venue across the UK
- Flexible scheduling to suit your operation

Compliance confidence from the data that matters most
Digital Tachograph Services
Comprehensive digital tachograph services covering analysis, legal support, compliance guidance, and professional training - helping operators stay on the right side of drivers' hours legislation.
The digital tachograph is at the heart of drivers' hours compliance. Accurate analysis of tachograph data is essential for identifying infringements, managing driver behaviour, and demonstrating compliance to the DVSA and Traffic Commissioner. Getting it wrong - or ignoring it - can have serious consequences for your operator licence.
We provide thorough tachograph analysis using industry-standard tools, producing clear reports that highlight infringements, patterns of concern, and areas for improvement. Where issues are identified, We provide practical guidance on how to address them and prevent recurrence.
We also offer tachograph training for transport managers, supervisors, and drivers - ensuring your team understands the rules, the equipment, and their responsibilities. Whether you need one-off analysis, ongoing monitoring support, or training for your team, We can tailor the service to your needs.
What's included
- Digital tachograph data download and analysis
- Drivers' hours infringement reporting and trend analysis
- Compliance guidance and remedial advice
- Tachograph training for managers, supervisors, and drivers
