Qualifications & experience
Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Holder of the Transport Manager CPC - the qualification required to act as a nominated transport manager on a standard operator licence.
Passenger transport sector experience
Extensive background working within the bus and coach industry, with a thorough understanding of operator licence obligations, DVSA standards, and Traffic Commissioner expectations.
Driver CPC Periodic Training delivery
Qualified and experienced in delivering Driver CPC periodic training to professional bus and coach drivers, with content tailored to the passenger transport sector.
Compliance & audit expertise
Experienced in conducting compliance audits, reviewing maintenance systems, analysing tachograph records, and preparing operators for DVSA encounters and Traffic Commissioner hearings.
